The Barcelona Supercomputing Center participates in two research and innovation networks promoted by the Government of Catalonia: CLARIAH-CAT, focused on digital humanities, and X4HPC, focused on high-performance computing. Both foster collaboration across institutions to drive interdisciplinary research with economic and social impact, helping teams connect, share knowledge and bring results closer to real use.

Clariah-CAT
Starting 2026, Clariah-CAT brings together research groups in Catalonia that work in digital humanities. The network helps them share data, tools and methods so their work can reach more people. It also makes it easier to turn research results into useful resources for areas such as education, tourism, digital museums, publishing and cultural activities.
